About Brandon Salter

I’m Brandon Salter, and I represent people who have been hurt in motor vehicle accidents. Before joining Amanda at AC Rieman Law, I spent my career on the plaintiff’s side of injury litigation, helping manage and litigate more than 5,000 personal injury and mass tort claims.
That work taught me how insurance companies look at a claim, where they try to pay less, and what it takes to build a case they have to take seriously. Now I bring that same level of preparation to every client I work with.
After an accident, you’re dealing with doctor’s appointments, missed work, a damaged car, and an adjuster who keeps calling for a recorded statement. My job is to take the legal side off your plate so you can focus on getting better.
Who I Am
Brandon earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from Barry University School of Law.
Over the course of his career, Brandon has worked on some of the largest mass tort matters in the country, including claims in the 3M Combat Arms Earplug litigation, which resolved in a $6 billion global settlement. His experience also includes CPAP device litigation, PFAS exposure claims, Camp Lejeune claims, pharmaceutical and medical device injury cases, and other serious personal injury matters.
Brandon is licensed to practice in Missouri, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia, and is admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.

Insurance companies make low offers to people they think will accept them. I push back hard and make them account for what your injuries have actually cost you.
Litigation when it’s needed
Most cases settle, but I prepare every one as if it might not. If the insurer won’t be fair, I’m ready to take it to court.
